The application for the 2027 Leadership Fellow Program is now open!
Description:
- This is a two-year rotational program where Fellows have an opportunity to rotate through four different business functions across the agency: staff/support department, line department, finance, and facility operations.
- Fellows are full-time, permanent employees with a yearly salary and benefits. After successful completion of the program, Fellows are considered for key positions throughout The Port Authority. As of 2026, there are over 100 program alumni working at the agency.
Eligibility:
- The 2027 program is open to graduate-level students (e.g. master’s, doctorate, etc.) who are completing their degrees between December 2026 and June 2027.
- This program starts in July 2027.
- Unfortunately, Port Authority cannot provide sponsorship and cannot accept Optional Practical Training (OPT) – including the STEM extension – for this position.
