Bio: Artem Altman is a Human Resources professional with NYC Health + Hospitals public healthcare system. With expertise in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development, Artem crates empowering environments where employees can thrive and grow their careers. He currently focuses on developing and delivering trainings on topics, such as, resume building and interviewing for system interns, professionalism in the workplace, as well as facilitation of orientations for newly hires staff.
Artem’s career with NYC Health + Hospitals began as an HR Manager in the areas of Talent Acquisition, where he built strong partnerships with hiring managers and led initiatives in talent pipelining and internships to meet staffing needs.
A graduate of Hunter College, Artem is a Certified Partitioned of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260).
Outside of his professional endeavors, Artem has coached youth basketball, instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance in young athletes.
